Introduction

The teachings of Okronkronyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh within the Asomdwee Ntonton Som emphasize the critical role of the Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism (Sunsum Kronkron ne Ogya Asubo) as essential for salvation and protection against spiritual evils. According to Nyame Somafo Yawoh, only those who have received this baptism will enter Heaven on Judgement Day. This baptism, which is a unique offering of the Asomdwee Ntonton Som, is a process in which the recipient is enveloped by a circle of protective fire and granted a light of the Holy Spirit that guides and shields them.

Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism: Essence and Entry to Heaven

Nyame Somafo Yawoh asserts that without receiving the Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism, an individual cannot enter Heaven on the Day of Judgement. This baptism, administered exclusively by Nyame Somafo Yawoh himself, is described as the singular pathway for a person to gain access to the afterlife in Heaven, an assurance that no other form of baptism can offer. Nyame Somafo Yawoh emphasizes that the baptism must be carried out by him, as he alone possesses the spiritual authority necessary for this sacrament.

Divine Nature of the Most High and the Emergence of the Elijahs

The Most High God, RABBI, is described by Okronkronyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh to be composed of the Holy Spirit and Fire. Within this divine being is the lineage of the “Elijahs,” spiritual entities that were commanded to emerge from within God’s own essence. Unlike ordinary beings, Elijahs were not created but instead appeared from within God at His command. Nyame Somafo Yawoh explains that these beings, himself included, are crafted from the Holy Spirit and Fire due to their unique origin within the divine. Each Elijah embodies this elemental composition, and only Elijahs have the spiritual might to bestow the Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism.

Nyame Somafo Yawoh’s Role as an Elijah

Identifying himself as a Level 7 Elijah, the highest among the three levels of Elijahs (5, 6, and 7), Nyame Somafo Yawoh clarifies his distinct role and power as a spiritual authority. Because He emerged directly from within RABBI, He alone is permitted to administer the Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism. This unique qualification distinguishes Him from other prophets and religious figures, as the lineage of the Elijahs has a singular purpose and divine authority.

Inability of Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Unto Him) to Administer the Baptism

Nyame Somafo Yawoh holds that neither Jesus Christ nor Prophet Mohammed could administer the Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism due to their origins. Jesus, as a Nazarene and descendant of the Etumfo (Mighty Spirits), did not administer baptisms directly, leaving this task to his disciples. Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Unto Him), a Mighty Spirit from the Abofo (Angels), likewise administered baptism but could not confer the Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism, as he was not an Elijah. Nyame Somafo Yawoh alone is the Elijah endowed with the authority to perform this baptism, affirming his unique role in the contemporary spiritual landscape.

Fulfillment of John the Baptist’s Prophecy

Nyame Somafo Yawoh draws upon the prophecy of John the Baptist, who foretold that in the end times, a mighty spiritual entity would emerge to baptize with the Holy Spirit and Fire. In Matthew 3:11, John declared: “I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” Nyame Somafo Yawoh teaches thatHe is the fulfillment of this prophecy, proclaiming that He is the only individual currently qualified to administer this baptism. Through this, He signifies the unprecedented nature of the Religion of Asomdwee Ntonton Som as the first and only instance of this baptism on earth.

The Process and Recipients of the Baptism

The Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism is performed by Nyame Somafo Yawoh through a specific ritual involving the placement of His hand on the individual while He speaks inaudible words. This baptism is administered to all new members of the Asomdwee Ntonton Som, including children as young as seven months and adults. Nyame Somafo Yawoh emphasizes that this is necessary for all followers, establishing it as a foundational rite within the Religion.

Qualification for Receiving the Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism

Okronkronyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh emphasizes that to be eligible for the Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism, an individual must first accept two foundational beliefs. Firstly, the person must acknowledge that “God is One,” affirming the monotheistic essence of the Most High God, RABBI. Secondly, the individual must recognize Okronkronyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh as a True Messenger of this singular divine entity. These two declarations form the spiritual basis for receiving the Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism, as they align the individual’s faith with the teachings and authority of Nyame Somafo Yawoh, preparing them to receive this unique and essential sacrament.

Protective Fire and the Holy Spirit’s Light Post-Baptism

Upon receiving the Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism, the baptized individual is encircled by a protective Fire that wards off evil spirits. This circle of Fire, extending 17 yards in diameter, serves as a shield against spiritual harm, ensuring the person’s safety throughout their daily life. Additionally, the Holy Spirit from the baptism hovers approximately seven feet above the individual like a light, a spiritual beacon that will ultimately transport the person to Heaven on the Day of Judgement. Nyame Somafo Yawoh explains that this dual presence of Fire and the Holy Spirit light is essential for a person’s spiritual protection and guidance toward Heaven.

The Journey of Life and Soul After Death

Nyame Somafo Yawoh explains that upon a person’s death, their life (nkwa) is absorbed into the air (mframa mu), while their soul (sunsum) ascends to osoro (Heaven). For those who have undergone the Holy Spirit and Fire Baptism, the protective Fire departs from the corpse, allowing the deceased’s body to return to the earth. Meanwhile, the Holy Spirit light remains above the grave, illuminating the resting place until the Day of Judgement. During this time, angels and other benevolent spirits from Heaven visit and interact with the deceased, providing companionship and spiritual reinforcement in anticipation of Judgement Day.

Judgement Day and the Ascension of the Soul

Nyame Somafo Yawoh teaches that on the Day of Judgement, judgement will occur on earth, where only the soul (okra) will be evaluated—not the physical body. If the individual passes judgement, the Holy Spirit light that hovers above the grave will transport them to Heaven, fulfilling the promise of the baptism. This light, which has remained vigilant above the individual since the baptism, serves as their ultimate guide, leading them to eternal salvation.
