These spiritualists, He explains, invoke deities and spirits that are not of God. Thus, turning to them constitutes a violation of the fundamental principle of God’s oneness.
He warns against consulting spiritualists, emphasizing that doing so results in spiritual defilement. When an individual seeks assistance from such figures, they fall under the dominion of the spiritual forces these practitioners employ. Consequently, those who engage in such practices become spiritually impure, having forsaken the principle of absolute devotion to the one true God.
Okronkronyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh recounts that many who approach Him for healing or resolution of life’s difficulties are afflicted by numerous evil spirits—some harboring as many as twenty. These spirits, He explains, accumulate as a result of repeated engagements with various spiritualists.
Reflecting on the early days of His divine mission, He recalls an incident where He intended to lay hands on the sick as part of the healing process. However, a divine voice immediately instructed Him not to touch them, declaring that they were spiritually impure. When He inquired further, He was made to understand the gravity of their spiritual defilement. Upon seeking divine permission to touch them as part of His healing practice, the request was granted.
