Nyame Somafo Yawoh teaches that Angels don’t heal diseases or cure illnesses. In Ghana, it is common for Christians to sit near the effigy of an angel, pray, and hope for spiritual healing when they are ill. However, according to Okronkronyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh, such practices are futile because angels do not have the power to heal diseases. He teaches that only Elijahs and Etumfo possess the ability to heal the sick. God has granted these spiritual entities the power to cure illnesses.

When a sick person goes to the Third Temple of God (Nyankopon ne Fie) located in Ekumfi Otuam, Ghana, they receive healing because Elijahs and Etumfo are the spiritual entities standing beside or around the Temple. God has endowed these entities with the ability to provide immediate healing to those who bring their ailments to the Temple.

In contrast, those who visit the Second Temple, the Temple of Solomon in Israel, cannot receive healing from diseases directly. The spiritual entities at this temple are Abofo and Asunsum. Their role is to carry the prayers of the sick to the Etumfo and Elijahs in Heaven. If the prayer receives a favorable outcome, the answer is brought back to the soul, which then transmits it to the body, leading to healing.

Similarly, individuals who go to the First Temple, the Kaaba in Mecca, cannot receive direct healing from diseases. The spiritual entities at the Kaaba are also Abofo and Asunsum, who take the prayers of the ill to the Etumfo and Elijahs in Heaven. If the prayer is positively received, the response is sent back to the soul, which then passes it to the body, resulting in healing.

In summary, Okronkronyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh emphasizes that true healing from diseases comes through the power of the Elijahs and Etumfo, not through angels, and only at specific holy sites where these powerful entities are present.
