Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh is the Founder and Spiritual Leader of Asomdwee Ntonton Som, which He describes as God’s Third Religion. The Religion has its headquarters in Ekumfi Otuam in the Central Region of Ghana. Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh teaches that Ekumfi Otuam is both the physical and spiritual center of the world. Through what He describes as divine instructions, Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh has constructed the Third Temple of God in Ekumfi Otuam, a spiritual edifice which He says, in fulfillment of prophecy, will attract people from around the world.

Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh teaches that He is the Spirit of Truth prophesied to come to the earth in the End Times. He further states that He is the Elijah foretold to appear in the End of Days. According to His teachings, He is the 314th Messiah sent by the Most High God RABBI to the world and the first Messiah sent to the continent of Africa.

According to Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh, the true name of the Most High God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth and all that are within them, is RABBI (Rah-Bee).

Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh teaches that human beings were not created by God to come into the world and live according to their own desires. According to His teachings, God did not create humanity so that people would simply do whatever they wish and then expect to be rewarded with a place in the Heavenly Kingdom at the end of their lives. Instead, God—RABBI—created human beings for a divine purpose. That purpose is to do what God Himself desires. The life of every human being therefore carries a responsibility: to live in obedience to the will of the Most High God.

However, human beings are incapable of fully knowing what God desires on their own. Because of this limitation, the Most High God sends His messengers into the world. These Messengers reveal God’s will and teach humanity the path that pleases Him. Through their teachings, people learn how to live according to the commands of God and thereby fulfill the purpose for which they were created. According to Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh, the Holy Scriptures also remind humanity that obedience to God brings divine rewards. In the Bible, Exodus 15:26 declares:

“If you diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His eyes, if you pay attention to His commands and keep all His decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, who heals you.”

According to Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh, through His messengers God reveals to humanity the rewards that await those who do what pleases Him. He teaches that if a person does what God wants them to do, that person will enter Heaven, which is characterized as a place of perpetual and everlasting happiness. However, if a person does not do what God desires, that person will end up in Hell Fire, the abode of Satan.

Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh teaches that He is one of God’s Messengers sent by the Most High God, RABBI, to reveal to humanity what RABBI wants. The name “Nyame Somafo Yawoh” translates as “God’s Messenger Yawoh.”

According to Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh, a cardinal principle that God wants humanity to understand is that God is One. God is not multiple and cannot be divided. To say that God consists of three persons (as in the belief in Trinity), He teaches, is a violation of the true knowledge of God. According to Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh, this message—that God is One—is the same message that God, RABBI, gave to all three of His Religions—Judaism, Islam, and Asomdwee Ntonton Som.

To the Israelites, this message is contained in Deuteronomy 6:4, which states:

“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is One.”

To His second Religion, Islam, God instructed Prophet Mohammed to tell his followers that God is One. The Qur’an, Surah Al-Ikhlas (112:1), declares:

“Say: He is Allah, the One.”

In the same way, Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh teaches that His cardinal message to members of Asomdwee Ntonton Som, which He describes as RABBI’s Third Religion, brought to Ghanaians and to all the people of the world, is the same teaching—that God is indeed One, not multiple and not divisible.

Ɔkrɔnkrɔnyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh further teaches that acknowledging and embracing the oneness of God requires a believer to refrain from worshiping any deity, idol, or spiritual force other than the one true God. According to His teachings, this conviction also entails rejecting the practice of seeking spiritual assistance from intermediaries such as fetish priests, traditional spiritualists, or even Christian pastors. Rather, the believer is expected to place complete trust in God alone and to depend exclusively on Him in all circumstances.
