On Sunday, February 22, 2026, the Omanhene of Dormaa, Osagyefo Oseadeayo Dr. Agyemang Badu II, announced that he had donated 10 acres of land to Okronkronyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh and Asomdwee Ntonton Som. The 10 acres represent the equivalent of 40 house plots. The donation was announced during the Sunday Service held in Dormaa Ahenkro. In remarks preceding the announcement of the gift, he stated that he admired the message of peace preached by Okronkronyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh, as well as his historical account of Akan origins and migration from Assyria to present-day Ghana.
The land was donated to facilitate the establishment of the Religion on Dormaa land.
In a message delivered at the Sunday Service through his deputy, the Domaahene stated that he has accepted ONSY and the Religion wholeheartedly.
A series of meetings preceded the Domaahene’s acceptance of the Religion. In December 2025, he sent his representative chiefs to attend the Ogyebea Festival in Ekumfi Otuam. Okronkronyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh had also previously paid a visit to Osagyefo Dr. Agyemang Badu II in Dormaa Ahenkro.
In his response of appreciation, Okronkronyi Nyame Somafo Yawoh reiterated a statement he had made earlier—that Dormaa Ahenkro is the number one city in the country and that the Ahafo Region is the number one region in the country.
